Who we are

This site is operated by OC Technology Solutions, LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami ("OC Tech", "we"). Using this site means you accept these terms.

Prices on this site

We print our prices because we believe you shouldn’t need a sales call to learn one. Printed prices are our real, current rates for the described scope. Final scope is always confirmed in a written agreement before any money moves. If the printed price doesn’t fit your situation, we’ll say so on the call, not on an invoice.

Estimates from the pricing builder are sums of printed prices, not binding quotes. Anything marked 'scoped on a call' is exactly that.

No engagement without a writing

Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Engagements begin with a signed written agreement that states scope, price, timeline, and the guarantees that apply. Guarantees described on service pages apply as written in that agreement.

Your content, our content

Everything you submit through our forms remains yours. The design, copy, code, and generative artwork on this site belong to OC Tech; don’t republish them as your own.

For client work, ownership is spelled out in the engagement agreement. Our default is the one printed across this site: your accounts, your logins, your data.

Honest limits

This site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate, fast, and secure, but we can’t promise it is error-free every minute of every day. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from use of this site is limited to the greatest extent permitted by Florida law.

Third-party clocks like carrier registrations, Google verifications, and state filing systems are named honestly across this site and are outside our control.
