What we collect

When you use the contact form or estimate builder, we collect what you type: your name, email, optional phone number, your message, and any services you selected. That’s it. No hidden fields, and no purchased data appended.

Our quick-start form and our client intake form work the same way and ask for more: your business name, trade, and zip code, plus your answers to their questions. Both of those forms require your cell phone number.

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics at most. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

How we use it

To answer you. Your submission is stored in our own database and delivered to our inbox so a person can reply, typically within one business day.

If you become a client, your information moves into our engagement records. We never sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, for any reason.

Email, phone, and text consent

The consent checkbox on our forms covers exactly one thing: replying to your inquiry, by email or by a phone call if you gave us your number. It does not enroll you in a newsletter (we don’t have one) or any automated sequence, and it is not consent to receive text messages.

Any text messaging in our client engagements requires separate prior express written consent, logged at the time it’s given, with STOP honored instantly. That’s a written guardrail in every machine we build.

Phone calls

We call clients about their projects and accounts, and we call people who ask us to, including anyone who books a free consultation or gives us a phone number on one of our forms so we can follow up on their inquiry.

We may also call a business at its publicly listed business number to introduce our services. Before we do, we check that number against the National Do Not Call Registry.

Ask us to stop at any time, on the call, by email at daniel@ocsolutions.tech, or at 786-617-5009, and we will stop calling you.

Text messages (SMS)

We only text you if you have agreed to receive texts from us, for example by asking us to text you or by checking a box that says so. No checkbox on our forms today is that agreement, not even on the forms that ask for your cell number; the consent checkbox on our forms covers email and phone call replies to your inquiry, never texts. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

When you agree, we keep what texting needs: your mobile number, a record of your consent (when you gave it and how), and the messages we exchange.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. The messaging provider that delivers our texts receives your number only to deliver them.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while they’re useful for the conversation you started. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, promptly, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person will handle it. No portal, no runaround.
