The approach

    A drafter writes one personalized email per prospect, opening with something true and specific, and files it as a draft for a person to review and send.

    A reply watcher flips the record and alerts us the moment anyone answers; a follow-upper sends exactly one polite nudge, capped daily.

    Every lead is written to the CRM before any alert fires, so a dead credential can never lose a lead.
