A firm that sells automation shouldn’t be prospecting by hand. We needed a pipeline that finds local businesses that need us, researches each one, and drafts the first honest email without ever auto-sending a word.
The approach
A morning prospector maps local businesses cell by cell and scores each one’s public footprint for real gaps we can fix.
A drafter writes one personalized email per prospect, opening with something true and specific, and files it as a draft for a person to review and send.
A reply watcher checks the inbox every hour, flips the record and alerts us when anyone answers; a follow-upper drafts exactly one polite nudge for us to send, capped daily.
Every lead is written to the CRM before any alert fires, so a dead credential can never lose a lead.
