The problem

A commercial cleaning company needed what every outbound service business needs, a steady and polite pipeline of commercial accounts. We operate the engine ourselves, so if anything misbehaves we feel it before a client ever would.

The approach

    One machine runs five workflows: quote intake, a morning prospector for commercial cells, a drafter, a reply watcher, and a follow-upper.

    No website required. The intake rides a hosted form, because a cleaning company’s first dollar shouldn’t wait on a web project.

    The same guardrails as every client build. Emails stay as drafts, one follow-up at most, and a person approves every send.
