The Lead Engine

La Máquina de Clientes

New prospects found and first emails drafted every morning, so you just hit send and take the calls.

I ask myself where the next customer comes from, and the honest answer is referrals and me hustling. The day I stop hustling, the pipeline stops with me.
A composite of real owner conversations

What it is

A machine that finds your next customers every morning, writes the first personalized email, and never lets a reply slip through. You review the drafts, send the ones you like, and take the calls. It runs in accounts you own, from Google and Gmail to your own n8n project, so the engine keeps working even if we ever part ways. Every email waits for your approval before it goes anywhere.

What you get

A prospector that delivers new businesses matching your ideal customer every morning, scored into your private CRM
A drafter that writes a personalized first-touch email for each prospect and leaves it waiting in Gmail, in your voice
A reply watcher that flips the CRM status and alerts you the moment anyone writes back
A follow-up step that sends exactly one polite nudge per prospect, capped daily
An owner runbook and a weekly digest, designed to run on 15 minutes a day
Every account in your name, including Google Cloud, Gmail, and your own n8n project
A first supervised week with our team reviewing every send

Deployment takes about an afternoon once your accounts are wired, and the first supervised week follows before we hand you the keys.

How it lands

  1. The ideal-customer workshop

In one working session we define exactly who your next customer is, draw the territory, and capture how you actually talk, so the drafts sound like you rather than a robot.

  2. We wire it into accounts you own

Google Cloud, Gmail, and your own n8n project get set up with every credential in your name from day one. The deployment itself takes about an afternoon.

  3. The first supervised week

The engine runs while we watch it with you, reviewing drafts, tuning the targeting, and tightening the voice before we hand over the keys.

  4. Your 15-minute morning

You open the drafts, send the ones you like, and take the calls. Any reply flips the CRM and pings you right away, and a weekly digest keeps score.

Setup
$1,500
Ongoing
$350/mo

Setup covers the ideal-customer workshop, targeting cells, voice capture, credentials, deployment, and your first supervised week. The monthly fee covers monitoring, a monthly targeting and copy refresh, and support.

The guarantee, in writing

If the engine doesn't put the number of qualified conversations we agree on into your inbox within 60 days, month three is free. We guarantee conversations rather than closed deals, and closing them is still your job.

The honest math

Year one, all in, is $1,500 in setup plus $350 a month, which comes to $5,700. The engine does the daily work of a good SDR without the $60k salary. The break-even is plain enough. If one new account is worth $5,700 to you, the machine has paid for itself, and you know your job sizes better than we do.

Year-one math includes the setup fee. Check any figure on this page with a calculator and it will hold.

The questions owners actually ask

No. Every email is individually written from something real we observed about that specific prospect, and it goes out from your own address at roughly ten a day, sent by you, with exactly one polite follow-up. That's the work a great SDR does without the $60k salary. Blasting templates from burner domains is spam, and this is the opposite. Protecting your deliverability and your reputation is part of the design.
